There are just two weeks left for our joint SCOOP4C and TOOP stakeholder workshop on the Once-Only Principle that will take place on Wednesday, 31 May 2017, in Tallinn (between 9:30 and 18:00 EEST). It will be part of the Tallinn e-Governance Conference 2017 organized by the e-Governance Academy.
The workshop aims at identifying answers to questions like how to reduce administrative burden and break down the existing legislative, organizational and technological barriers, which hinder citizens, public administrations, and businesses from fully benefiting from the Once-Only Principle (OOP). Therefore, it will highlight best-practice showcases of the OOP from Estonia and around the world. A special session on TOOP will be held in the afternoon of 31 May.
Venue: Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia.

The Once-Only Principle is a key initiative of the European e-Government Action Plan. It means that citizens and businesses supply diverse data only once in contact with public administrations and that public administration bodies take actions to internally share these data – even across borders – so that no additional burden falls on citizens and businesses.
