69th Meeting of EUPAN Directors General, featuring TOOP project, is taking place in Tallinn during the final month of Estonian Presidency on 6th and 7th December 2017.
Robert Krimmer, Tarmo Kalvet and Marja Toots represented TOOP at the meeting with two workshops on the once-only principle. Topics discussed during this event included successful reforms, governance and equitable development, Shared Services Survey and State Shared Service Center and the once-only principle in data collection.
The European Public Administration Network (EUPAN) is an informal network of the Directors General (DGs) responsible for public administration in the Member States of the European Union, the European Commission and observer countries.
The main objective of the network is to make cooperation among European public administrations more relevant and to find an effective way of selecting topics of interest for a common agenda in line with MS and EU level priorities, while also taking into account current developments and debates.
