General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) & TOOPTOOP piloting solutions are being developed in a way as to address data protection requirements, made more explicit in the proposed Single Digital Gateway Regulation (SDGR). SDGR clarifies how the more general principles of the GDPR apply in context of implementation of the OOP. TOOP is therefore an example of the application of the GDPR’s privacy by design principle, developing infrastructure designed to ensure compliance with the GDPR. |
