Subscription
By subscribing to TOOP newsletter you agree to receive regular e-mails from TOOP project containing project related information. The aim of TOOP newsletter service is to keep you informed about the developments in the project and intermediate results.
The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory.

Frequency
The frequency of the newsletter issues will be at most bi-annually, unless there are some important project updates or events that need to be announced in single additional issues.
Liability
We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the newsletter service and content at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right.
Privacy policy
When subscribing to TOOP newsletter, your e-mail address will be added to TOOP newsletter mailing list automatically. The only purpose of this mailing list is to provide you with our TOOP newsletter.
In terms of subscription to TOOP newsletter, you are asked to provide the following data:
name and surname*, e-mail address*, stakeholder group*, organisation/private interest, country. Data marked with * are mandatory. We ask you to provide these data for the following reasons:
- name and surname*, e-mail address*: to be able to clearly identify your subscription request and refer to it in case of un-subscription or change of data. The data will be stored on TOOP website CMS. Only TOOP project members being responsible for the maintenance of this newsletter mailing list are able to access the data using a user ID and password;
- stakeholder group*, name of organisation/private interest, country: to monitor our TOOP newsletter target group in terms of content optimisation. The here mentioned data are stored separately to your name and e-mail address and are only analysed on an anonymised basis.
We will not communicate/spread/publish or otherwise give away your e-mail address or any other personal data provided to our newsletter service to the outside of TOOP project.
Un-subscription
In order to respond to your subscription requests, the data is kept in the mailing list database until you cancel the subscription. You will be able to change or delete your subscription settings at any time with un-subscription from our newsletter service. To unsubscribe, please use the contact form available on the TOOP website.
We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users from or newsletter service without
notice. We will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data.
