TOOP first pilot is aimed at facilitating the participation in cross-border public procurement.
The European Commission launched the Once-Only Principle Project (TOOP) on 1st January 2017. This project is part of the EU eGovernment Action Plan 2016-2020 and will contribute towards increasing the efficiency of the Digital Single Market.
The Once - Only Principle Project (TOOP) is an initiative of 50 organisations from the EU and Associated Countries to explore and demonstrate the once-only principle on a cross-border scale with the aim to reduce the administrative burden of businesses and public administrations.
D2.14 Position Paper on Definition of OOP and Situation in Europe has been submitted to European Commission. The document is an update of TOOP Deliverable 2.6 from April 2017.
In January 2018, TOOP is celebrating its first anniversary.
