On 3rd and 4th June 2019, TOOP consortium & piloting meeting took place in Tallinn at TalTech, the headquarters of the TOOP project coordinator. During a two-day meeting, TOOP consortium members discussed important issues concerning the last months of the project. Project coordinator and work package leaders gave an overview of the recent works and the next steps. Testing and piloting status, sustainability and impact assessment as well as barriers and drivers for the OOP implementation were thoroughly discussed during three parallel session streams. The sessions enabled participants to learn more about the piloting status (new countries will soon join the testing), future steps for TOOP results sustainability and key enabling factors for the implementation of the ‘once-only’.
During one hour webinar on the second day, TOOP members discussed with the CEF team (European Commission) possible ways of sustaining TOOP solutions Moreover, the meeting was a great opportunity to discuss the preparations for the forthcoming TOOP review meeting, that will take place on 18th and 19th June in Brussels.
