TOOP project will hold a workshop dedicated to the 'once-only' principle (OOP) in the eProcurement area on 22nd May 2019 in Brussels. It follows right after the Multi-Stakeholder Expert Group on eProcurement (EXEP) meeting on 20-21 May.
The workshop will present proposals for the application of the OOP in the eProcurement domain, particularly in the automatic retrieval of qualification evidences and basic company data for Economic Operators. Prerequisites for the Member States to open up national databases, TOOP results and testimonials from piloting countries will also be discussed at the meeting.
The workshop will take place at the premises of the European Commission. The morning part (09:00 – 13:00) will be a joint session between TOOP and EXEP, whereas the afternoon session (14:00 – 17:00) will be a TOOP eProcurement Pilot meeting which eProcurement stakeholders are welcome to attend as observers.
